Papavero Pizza Company was founded by Poppy and Nial in 2019, combining their passion for great pizza with years of professional kitchen experience. Serving from their converted horse trailer, they create handcrafted sourdough pizzas using a family starter from San Francisco, with dough slow-fermented for 24 hours and topped with locally sourced ingredients.
